Welcome to Eduvgo, an AI-powered study abroad platform operated by Overseas Arena ("we," "us," or "Eduvgo"). By accessing or using our website (eduvgo.com), student dashboard, agent platform, CMS tools, or any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using any part of our Services.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services. Use of our Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Data Deletion Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms were last updated on 2026-07-09 and supersede all previous versions.

What Eduvgo Does

Eduvgo is a technology platform that connects prospective international students with education consultants and agents who assist with study abroad applications, university selection, visa guidance, and related services. Our AI tools provide guidance, evaluation, and information — they do not constitute official immigration, legal, or academic advice.

Who May Use Eduvgo

• Students: Individuals who are 16 years of age or older seeking information about international education, programme discovery, AI profile evaluation, or consultation with an education agent.
• Agents & Education Consultants: Registered businesses or licensed professionals who provide study abroad counselling services. Agents must hold any professional licences required by their country or jurisdiction.
• CMS Administrators: Authorised staff of agents who have been granted access to the Eduvgo CMS tools.

By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.

Account Creation

To access most features of Eduvgo, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You may not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your qualifications, create multiple accounts for the same purpose, or register using a name or email belonging to another person without their consent.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us at support@eduvgo.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We will never ask for your password by email or phone. Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes and are never visible to our team.

Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or remains inactive for more than 18 months. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data under our Data Deletion Policy.

Information Accuracy

Students agree to provide truthful and accurate information about their academic qualifications, test scores, financial situation, and study intentions. Submitting false or misleading information may result in account suspension and notification to connected agents or institutions.

Nature of AI Guidance

Eduvgo's AI Profile Evaluation tool provides programme recommendations and eligibility assessments based on the information you provide. These recommendations are AI-generated and for informational purposes only. They do not constitute a guarantee of admission, visa approval, or institutional acceptance. Always verify programme eligibility directly with the university.

Agent Relationships

When you connect with an agent through Eduvgo, you enter into a relationship directly with that agent. Eduvgo facilitates the connection but is not a party to the services the agent provides. Any fees, commitments, or agreements with an agent are between you and the agent.

Student Consent

By submitting a consultation request or booking, you consent to the education agent viewing your profile, academic information, and messages sent through the platform for the purpose of providing study abroad guidance.

Professional Standards

Agents agree to hold any professional licences required by their operating jurisdiction, provide services honestly and in students' best interests, not misrepresent educational institutions or visa success rates, and comply with all applicable laws including anti-bribery, anti-fraud, and data protection regulations.

CMS & Marketing Tools

Agents receive access to CMS tools including website content management, AI content generation, Meta Ads integration, Google Analytics integration, popup management, AI Video Studio, and the AI Visibility Engine. These tools may only be used for legitimate marketing of genuine education consultancy services. Use of CMS tools to generate or distribute spam, misleading advertising, or content that violates Meta's Advertising Standards or Google's policies is prohibited.

Lead Data Responsibilities

When agents use Meta Ads lead forms through Eduvgo, they become the data controller for the personal data of leads collected. Agents must comply with all applicable data protection laws when using, storing, or contacting leads, and must honour requests for data deletion. Agents must not sell or share lead data with third parties without the lead's explicit consent.

Meta & Third-Party Platform Rules

All use of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising features through Eduvgo must comply with Meta's Advertising Policies, Community Standards, and Terms of Service. Eduvgo reserves the right to suspend access to Meta integrations if an agent's ad account is flagged by Meta for policy violations. Agents are solely responsible for the content of their ads and lead forms.

Agent Subscription

Agent subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as described on the Plans page. By subscribing, agents authorise Eduvgo to charge the selected payment method on the billing cycle. Subscription details, including the current plan tier, billing amount, renewal date, and payment history, are available in the Billing section of the agent dashboard.

Plans & Pricing

Eduvgo offers subscription plans for education agents as described at eduvgo.com/plans. Plan features, pricing, and limits are subject to change with 30 days' written notice to active subscribers. Current pricing is always displayed on the Plans page and in the billing settings.

Billing Cycle & Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually, as selected). You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of a billing period, except where required by applicable law.

Upgrades & Downgrades

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is prorated. Downgrading takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle. Features of the higher plan remain accessible until the current period ends.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry the charge on subsequent days. If payment remains unsuccessful after 7 days, the account may be downgraded or suspended until the balance is resolved. You can update your payment method at any time in Billing settings.

Taxes

Prices displayed are exclusive of applicable taxes (including GST, VAT, or other levies) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your subscription.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt or damage our systems or other users' devices.
• Scrape, crawl, or copy our content, user data, university listings, or pricing information using automated tools without written permission.
• Create fake student profiles, fake leads, or manipulate platform metrics.
• Engage in phishing, impersonation, or any activity intended to deceive other users.
• Send unsolicited messages (spam) to other users, leads, or students through any platform channel.
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures.
• Use our AI tools to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or cause harm to any person.
• Use the platform in connection with illegal immigration practices, bribery of university officials, or visa fraud.
• Resell, sublicense, or white-label our Services without explicit written agreement from Eduvgo.

Violations may result in immediate account suspension, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities.

AI Profile Evaluation

Our AI Profile Evaluation uses the information students provide to generate programme recommendations, eligibility estimates, and guidance on improving their profiles. These outputs are AI-generated estimates only. Eduvgo makes no warranty that a recommended programme will accept a student's application. University admissions decisions are made solely by the institutions.

AI Content Generation

Agents may use AI tools to generate marketing copy, blog content, social media posts, and website text. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy of AI-generated content before publishing. Eduvgo is not liable for factual errors, misleading claims, or third-party IP violations in content you generate and publish using our tools.

AI Video & Avatar

AI Video Studio and avatar creation tools use third-party services (HeyGen). By uploading images or video of yourself or obtaining consent from individuals whose likeness is used, you confirm you have all necessary rights to that content and consent to its processing for avatar or video generation. Eduvgo does not use generated avatars for any purpose beyond what you explicitly configure.

AI Availability

AI features depend on third-party API availability (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, HeyGen). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of AI features and are not liable for delays, errors, or unavailability caused by third-party AI providers.

Eduvgo's IP

All software, design, code, trademarks, logos, platform features, AI models, and proprietary content on Eduvgo are owned by or licensed to Overseas Arena. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Eduvgo's intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform or its content without prior written consent.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform (profile information, business listings, blog posts, uploaded images, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Eduvgo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute that content as necessary to provide the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

University & Course Data

University listings, course data, and institutional information on Eduvgo are provided for informational purposes. Eduvgo strives for accuracy but does not guarantee the completeness or currency of institutional data. Always verify programme details directly with the university before advising students.

Your use of Eduvgo is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms. By using our Services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in those documents. Key points:

• We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
• Students may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data at any time.
• Agents, as data controllers for the leads they collect, must comply with applicable data protection laws including India's DPDPA 2023, GDPR (for EEA users), and UK GDPR.
• Email: privacy@eduvgo.com for all data-related requests.

Eduvgo integrates with third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Analytics, Search Console), HeyGen, WhatsApp Business, and payment processors. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions, data practices, or service availability of these third parties.

When you connect a third-party account (such as your Facebook Ad Account or Google Analytics account) to Eduvgo, you authorise us to access and use data from that account as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect any integration at any time through the platform settings, which revokes our access.

All content published through Eduvgo's CMS tools — including university listings, blog posts, course descriptions, and marketing materials — must be accurate, non-deceptive, and compliant with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to remove content that:

• Makes false or misleading claims about universities, programmes, admission rates, or visa success.
• Violates Meta's Advertising Standards or Google's content policies.
• Infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Is discriminatory, defamatory, or otherwise illegal.
• Promotes fraudulent immigration or visa services.

Repeated violations may result in account suspension. We provide notice of content removal where required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. EDUVGO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EDUVGO AND OVERSEAS ARENA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, APPLICATION REJECTIONS, VISA DENIALS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING UNDER OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO EDUVGO IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) INR 5,000 (APPROXIMATELY USD 60).

Educational Outcomes

Eduvgo is a technology platform and does not guarantee any educational or immigration outcome. Admission to a university, visa approval, and scholarship awards are decisions made entirely by the respective institutions and authorities. We expressly disclaim any liability for such outcomes.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Eduvgo, Overseas Arena, and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services in a manner not authorised by these Terms; (c) content you upload or publish through the Services; (d) your misrepresentation of your professional qualifications or the services you provide; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Informal Resolution First

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to email legal@eduvgo.com with a written description of the dispute and your proposed resolution, giving us 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally. This requirement does not apply to injunctive or emergency relief.

No Class Actions

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Eduvgo.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice via email to your registered address and a prominent notice on our website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using our Services and may request account deletion.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Eduvgo regarding the Services.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet outages, or third-party API failures.
• Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version prevails.
